No quibble guarantee: Returns Service

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund or exchange any item returned in an unused condition: unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return all items are quality-checked. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to accept it back and it will be returned to you at an additional cost.

If your original order was part of a multibuy or contained a promotional discount code then this will be taken into account and the refund price of individual items may differ from the original selling price.

To start a return, you can contact us at customer-service@amea-style.co.uk. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items must be received by our returns center within 30 days from dispatch.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note, It is important to enclose your completed AMEA returns form in the parcel as failing to do so may result in a slower refund process.

If you don't use our prepaid service, the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the sender.

This service is only valid for Mainland UK so if posting from a UK offshore address you may have to make alternative postal arrangements depending on your local postal agent.
